Project Prerequisites?

We're so pleased that you're interested in what we have to offer you and your business. However, if we are to achieve success together, you need to truly understand (and be committed) to the following:

You have goals

This is fundamental. You need to be utterly clear on this before embarking on this journey (whether with us or anyone else). If you don’t know where you’re going you’ll have no idea you’ve arrived, if and when you get there!

If you don’t have clear goals, then you need to be prepared to work with us to define them.

You have an audience

To have your website work for you it needs an audience. This is generally done through blogging, podcasting, interviews, white papers, presentations, speaking and education etc.

There is no magic bullet (regardless of what others may try to tell you). So, if you don’t already have an audience, you'll need to be prepared to build one.

You are passionate

A number of key elements need to come together to have a successful online presence (i.e. NOT just having a great looking website). One of the key things is building an online audience. It is hard work and it does take time. Passion is what will drive you through any obstacles. Giving up is not a phrase we recognise.

You have a team

We don’t enjoy watching our clients spiral into a free-fall, so if you don’t have a team you will struggle.

It could be as simple as a virtual assistant to help out a few hours a week or a fully-fledged content production team. Either way, you’re going to need help.

You have a budget

We are serious about your success. Are you? Excellence in this space requires investment. It's really that simple.

You don’t need to invest your life savings or re-mortgage your house, but you will need to treat this as an investment - and if you do everything we tell you, then you will get a positive return.

You have the time

This will be a partnership, and we'll need proper time commitment from you. This really is key.

Any proposal we submit will include dates by when we'll deliver certain elements. And we're committed to meeting those timescales.

...but many of those elements will be contingent on output from you before we can deliver them (content, feedback, sign-off etc). So understanding your commitment here is critical.
